Why was my credit/debit card order declined?
Your card may have be declined for a number of reasons:

  • Incorrect card number
  • Incorrect billing address
  • Insufficient credit
  • Daily limit reached

Please make sure that you have entered the address tied to your credit card under the billing address field. In most cases, customers have had their orders declined because they put their shipping address in the billing address field by accident.
