What about defective products?
If your product is defective, you can mail it back within the first 30 days for a replacement and we may cover your shipping costs as long as it is shipped using first class mail (with a tracking number) or fedex ground (for items over 1lb). After the 30 day period, defective products may still be replaced, but you must pay for shipping the item yourself shipping fee.

You are also required to get a Return Authorization Number.

Once we have received the product, we will issue a refund if the product is actually broken. However, keep in mind, if a product is broken due to customer misuse, a return will not be possible and you will be billed for us to ship the broken item back to you. To help speed things along, please don’t accept any damaged packages.
