LeetBoss products come with a one-year warranty, except for products sold under $5 which have a 6 month warranty. If your product arrives, and you decide that you don't want it anymore, you can send it back to us, unopened, within the first 45 days for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. There is no restocking fee charged on all products returned opened, as long as all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, labels, etc. are still included. If any of the previously mentioned parts are missing, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If your product is defective, you can mail it back within the first 45 days for a replacement and we may cover your shipping costs as long as it is shipped with the service we specify. After the 30 day period, defective products may still be replaced, but you will have to pay for shipping.

Once we have received the product, we will issue a refund. However, keep in mind, if a product is broken due to customer misuse, a return will not be possible and you will be billed for us to ship the broken item back to you. To help speed things along, please don’t accept any damaged packages.
