• 3. For returns if you live in the US you can return the products to our US Hub at the address below, but you must inform us first and we will give you a RMA number that you must put on your package.
  Do not send any mail here, we won't be able to read it.
• Once the damage of the product has been evaluated by one of our technicians and we have determined there is a manufacturer defect we will give issue a full refund or send you a new version of the item you returned.
• If you are returning the item and it is not broken we will issue a full refund if the product is not damaged due to misuse.
